We mainly service the west Tennessee area within a 60 mile radius of Savannah Tennessee. Contact us if you're outside our usual range and still wish to inquire about services.

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made without sufficient notice may incur a fee.

No, our team comes fully equipped with all the tools and cleaning supplies needed to complete the job. However, if you prefer us to use your supplies, please let us know.

Yes, we can clean your home while you’re away. We’ll arrange secure access and ensure everything is locked up properly afterward.

The time required depends on the size and condition of the space. A standard cleaning for a home usually takes 2-4 hours, but we’ll provide a more accurate estimate when you book.

We take great care with your belongings. However, in the rare event of damage, we’re fully insured and will address the issue promptly.

We accept cash, Venmo, Cashapp. We do not currently accept cards and will not accept personal checks.

Tipping is not required but always appreciated if you’re happy with the service provided.
